All raw materials supplied to the plant are checked daily at all stages of the technological process and always go under state veterinary control.
The slaughterhouse of BMP CJSC is the largest workshop for primary processing of pork and beef in the region. The workshop has special equipment and carries out the slaughter of cattle and pigs, including the processing of slaughter products: by-products, fats, skins. Dry animal food is also produced.
BMP CJSC cooperates with leading European engineering companies, which provide equipment for manufacturing products that reach the highest standards.
The assortment of manufactured products is being replenished with about two dozen new names annually. In total, this is about three hundred different types of meat and sausage products for any taste: sausages, smoked meat, canned food, semi-finished products, dumplings.
All the past years of the plant's work have been marked by dynamic development. This applies to a variety of activities - from increasing the range of products, to improving the quality and consumer properties.
Semi-finished products are made chilled and packaged on modern packaging equipment in modified air conditions. Frozen semi-finished products are frozen by the "shock freezing" method and packed in various types of packages on different machines.
The meat processing plant produces more than 20 types of canned meat and vegetable-meat products. Only high quality meat is used for the production. The quality control system in the production of canned meat completely excludes any deviations from GOST standard.
